Harvesting Cypress Pine under QLD Government DAF Contracts

Yuleba Timber harvests Cypress Pine (callitris glaucophylla) under sales contracts with QLD Govt. DAF (Forest Products) from local forests within 150kms of the sawmill – Sales Permit 201304200.

Outsourced Harvesting to Local Contractors

Yuleba Timber outsources the harvesting operations to reputable local contractors, who conduct their operations in line with the Forest Harvesting Code of Practice at all times.

Monthly Inspections by Forest Rangers

Sale area inspections of harvesting operations are carried out monthly by both the Department's Forest Rangers and Yuleba Timber's management.

Weighbridge Services

Yuleba Timber operates a 25 metre weighbridge, calibrated annually in line with the National Measurement Act 1960 regulations.
